Cancellation Policy
If less than 48 hours notice is given for rescheduling or canceling, you will be charged 50% of your service price. If you cancel or need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service. If for any reason your card is unable to be charged, you will not be able to book any more appointments until said fee is paid in full. No shows are absolutely not tolerated, and will immediately be blacklisted and not allowed to book any further appointments.
Deposits are non refundable. No refunds on services. Any adjustments needs to be requested within 7 days of original appointment.
